For that reason, we have developed a culture that promotes an injury-free environment and provides the safest possible workplace for our employees, subcontractors, clients and visitors. As a company, we have also implemented innovative training and education programs, to provide our employees and subcontractors with the tools, knowledge and resources they need to increase safety, reduce risk and improve loss control on every project we manage.

It is the goal of FJW to communicate our commitment for safety to each worker on the project. We have the responsibility to provide a safe workplace, and the employee has the responsibility to observe the rules and work in a safe manner. Our safety program is designed to inform them of their rights and obligations, and provide them with tools and knowledge to work safely.
